It has been a long and exciting journey. "Navigenz" - Navigating Intelligence was the impetus & direction of this business. We started Navigenz in late 2019 with a very simple mission - to help companies that were ready to scale but didn't quite have the internal resources, tools or the know-how to get them there. Along the way, we also realized that companies that were scaling needed help with building out a strong foundation that could adapt with their growth. That's where Navigenz comes in, we provide the consulting expertise to quickly and seamlessly assess the needs, then we get to work on the people side of the business by building out the HR/People infrastructure and put the necessary systems, processes, protocols & the right technologies to work for the organizations that we support. We believe that in the current business climate, the company is only as strong as the people, systems & processes that support the day-to-day operations of the business.
