We started Navigenz in late 2019 with a very simple mission - to assist companies that were ready to scale their businesses but lacked the internal resources, tools, or know-how to achieve their goals. Along the way, we also recognized that companies experiencing growth needed help in building a strong HR infrastructure that could adapt to their scaling needs.
