Jothi has been a thought leader for the past 15 years. She’s worked with Eli Lilly, Humana, KI, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Thrivent Financial, Customs & Border Protection at DHS & most recently with HIT Strategies a rapid growth startup. Her expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, performance management, learning & development, change management & analytics has led her to realize the potential for working with companies of all sizes & in any industry. Jothi is an entrepreneur, coach, advisor, mentor, leader, systems thinker, motivator, and collaborator. Her HR business consulting company provides people management & engagement strategies, building out HR processes, compliance management, HRIS system implementation and business coaching for business leaders. She strongly believes in technology providing the automation, and analytics driving business decisions for her clients. 

In the past, she has been the chair for a non-profit, SCORE Fox Cities, Oshkosh, & Fond Du Lac chapters. She was on the SCORE National’s User Technology Advisory Committee. She has been a mentor at SCORE for several years. She was also an Adjunct Faculty for the Fox Valley Technical College, a business coach for the SBDC’s & Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac New Venture program, and an E-Myth business advisor & coach. She provided reviews for blogs, articles, and books while she was serving in these capacities. With her breadth of experience in marketing, operations, people management, and training, she has engaged in various stages of the business lifecycle and successfully guided businesses through their challenges. 

Jothi holds a Masters in Adult Education, majoring in Instructional Systems Technology and minoring in Organizational Development, and a Bachelors with a double major in Business and Fine Arts. Most recently, she completed a Harvard Business Analytics Leadership Program certification to round out her education.

Drew is a results-oriented organizational leader, behavioral scientist, certified executive coach, consultant, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building and aligning human and organizational systems to support organizational goals for a wide variety of local, national, and global firms. 

He is an expert in leadership, learning, organization design, organization development, intercultural business, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with a reputation for transforming organizational systems from a transactional approach to a strategic business function and helping individuals discover their true potential.

Drew helps organizations of all sizes effectively assess, design, develop, and implement leadership and change management projects and programs. 

Drew has a Ph.D. and Master Degree in Human & Organizational Systems, a Master Degree in Management & Organizational Behavior, and a Bachelor Degree in Management & Communication. 

Versed in a variety of assessment tools, he works with clients to diagnose challenges, design customized coaching and consulting engagements, and implement practical solutions to help them improve their productivity, performance, and satisfaction so they can enhance their careers and organizations while living more fulfilling lives. 

Maya joins Navigenz on our Advisory Board and is a seasoned leader in the Data & Analytics field with an impressive track record spanning over two decades. She has a successful background in devising, cutting - edge strategies & leading large scale execution, particularly in areas like digital transformation, intelligent automation, cloud modernization, and AI/ML, Data governance across large global enterprises. Maya has a remarkable ability to cultivate strategic relationships, enhance digital capabilities, and leverage advanced analytics, all aimed at significantly improving customer experiences.  As a transformational leader, she is adept at building and spearheading high-performance teams through major changes. Maya's diverse experience covers various regulatory standards such as GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA/OFCCP across a diverse range of sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive, Consulting, and Technology
